This scholarship aims to support selected History major undergraduate students at final year, who have been accepted to the postgraduate study programmes by the Universities in Europe or America, to pursue a higher degree.

Scholarship for History Students to attend the Exeter College, Oxford Summer Tutorial Programme
Every summer, a select number of students from the department are provided with scholarships to attend the Exeter College, Oxford Online Summer Tutorial Programme. The aim of the programme is to study world history within Oxford’s unique tutorial system, and to prepare undergraduate students for writing graduation theses in world history. Students work one-on-one with a tutor as well as attending plenary lectures, and will be eligible for credit recognition towards their studies at CUHK. The CUHK side of the programme is overseen by Prof. Stuart M. McManus, Visiting Fellow, Exeter College, Oxford, 2021.
Leung Hung Kee Scholarships for Distinguished History Undergraduate Students to Undertake Research Work
This scholarship aims to support selected undergraduate students studying History in CUHK to develop historical research skills and global awareness through field work and/or archival research either within or outside Hong Kong. The maximum amount of award is HK$20,000 per person.
