Prof. HE Xi, Programme Director of the M.A. Programme in Comparative and Public History, shared the skills in choosing the topic for a research paper and searching for historical materials and the methodology for writing a research paper to approximately 70 students in the Academic Writing Workshop held on 10 October 2025.
CUHK held its Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions on 11 October 2025. The Department of History held an exhibition booth on the G/F of Esther Lee Building. Four academic counselling sessions and two chat room sessions were provided. The occasion offered a great opportunity for secondary students, teachers, and parents to understand more about CUHK and the Department, as well as to obtain the latest information on the Department’s BA programme such as admission criteria, curriculum, learning experience, and university life. The entire floor was filled with participants eagerly seeking information.
