Background

Every summer, the Department of History organizes an internship programme (non-paying) for History major, minor and research postgraduate students. The objective of the programme is to provide students with real life working experience in workplace and to apply the knowledge they have gained in an academic setting. The Programme will take place in the summer from mid May to August and last for around four weeks (specific placement organizations may have special arrangement). Students will gain experience in problem solving in a "real-world context", in teamwork, in an independent work, in research as well as in administrative skills.
